About the Process
Have you ever wondered what all goes into custom embroidery? Well, here’s a quick look behind the scenes!
- Every customized item comes to us with your requested information that we then insert into our embroidery program. This is where we tweak things, so you get the best result possible!
- Once we have the design just right in the computer, it’s time to find the center of the area we are embroidering and insert a pin to mark the spot!
- With the center point marked, we put the product on one of our stretchers to hold the material taught and load it onto the machine.
- Then we thread the machine, upload the design, and make sure everything gets off to a great start before we move on to prepping the next product while monitoring the machines.
- Once we’re done embroidering your design on your product, we clean it up and inspect it for errors before packing everything you ordered up to ship!
